App, CRM or automation? Let's start with what isn't working in your company

You don't need to know whether you need an app, a CRM or automation. It's enough to know what's holding your company back. Codari is a software house from Łódź, Poland, with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software: we build custom applications, implement CRM, automate processes, develop Adobe Experience Manager platforms and extend IT teams. You talk directly to the people who write the code.

How is a custom application different from CRM and automation?

Automation connects the tools you already have and removes manual copying between them. A CRM is a specific kind of system: it puts sales and customer service in one place. A custom application is built when no off-the-shelf tool covers the process, so we build it from scratch. In practice, projects often combine two of the three, for example a CRM with integrations, or an application connected to existing systems. That's why we start from the problem, not the product.

What have we built?

For ŁKS Łódź we built the Octopus system, and we told its story in a case study. We strengthen Adobe Experience Manager platforms with senior engineers, as described on the AEM experts page.

How do we work together?

Five stages, from a conversation about the problem to launch and maintenance. The scope and every change to it are agreed in writing, and we show progress on working software, not on slides.

Discovery and requirements

We start from the problem and the users, not from a feature list.

Scope and estimate

We agree what goes into the first version and what deliberately waits.

Prototype or MVP

We test assumptions on something clickable before big decisions are made.

Sprints

Short cycles, each ending with a working piece you can see.

Launch and maintenance

Go-live, monitoring and further development.

The full description, including what you get at every stage, is on the How we work page.

Not sure what to choose?

Describe the problem, not the solution. On the first call we will tell you plainly whether you need a custom project or whether a simpler tool will do.

FAQ

It depends on the scope, the number of integrations and security requirements, so we estimate after analysis, not from a price list. Each service page explains the cost drivers, and for mobile apps there is also a separate article on costs.

Yes. We work remotely with companies across Europe, in the Central European time zone.

With a description of the problem, examples of your current process and who will use the solution. The specification is created during requirements analysis. How to prepare.

There is no middleman between you and the engineers: you talk to the people who write the code. The trade-off is scale. We are a team of senior engineers, not a factory, so for very large programmes we put the team together with the client.
