Mobile or web app?

We usually start with a web version: one codebase, works on every device and doesn't wait for app stores. A mobile app makes sense when you need phone features such as the camera, GPS, notifications or offline work. How do we work?

We start with requirements analysis and then work in two-week sprints: every two weeks we show a working piece, so fixes come early. You talk directly to the people who write the code. Details: How we work.
